About Katharine:

Katharine is currently a student at Bowling Green State University,  studying Alternative Education, a major which did not exist before she went to BGSU. She is involved in many things from SB 5 work to protesting the Keystone XL pipeline. Katharine also recently joined the Break Dancing Crew at BGSU which is “way out of [her] box.” Before all that she was a student at Westland High School and a part of the Mosaic Program, a half day humanities program centered around community. This way of teaching and thinking inspired her to go out in to the world and make this form of teaching an option for other prospective teachers. She is outgoing, passionate and always inspired by her surroundings!
